Storage Policies
General
- Smoking inside the buildings or units is prohibited
- The use of alcohol is prohibited at the storage facility
- Firearms are prohibited at the storage facility
Prohibited Items
The following items may not be stored at the storage facility:
- Hazardous items of any kind
- Food
- Hazardous waste material of any kind
- Any Living Thing
- Used Tires
- Firearms
- Stolen items
- Explosives
- Flammables of any kind (gas, diesel, kerosene, oil, paint, etc.)
- Drugs or Drug Paraphernalia
- Items that produce odors of any kind
- Any items which detrimentally affects other tenants or the facility
- Any items deemed inappropriate by manager or staff of the facility
Prohibited Uses
Our storage facility is designed for storage only. The following uses are not allowed:
- Any illegal use of any kind
- Playing of any type of musical instruments
- Working in the unit. This includes working on cars, motorcycles, hobbies, crafting, etc.
- Any use deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility
Belmont Self Storage does not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products and services you`ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Belmont Self Storage terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
